This Project Aims
The Shalme project, in partnership with CSRC in Bagmati, is dedicated to supporting the Sherpa community in environmental conservation and biodiversity protection in subtropical regions. Through initiatives such as replanting community sites, restoring forests using agroforestry methods, and distributing fruit and nut trees, we promote sustainable agriculture and food security. Additionally, we offer training and assistance for cultivating kiwi and plan to expand kiwi orchards. Our model emphasizes passing the gift of a tree to the next community, ensuring significant impact across the region. We rely on your support to sustain this holistic approach and guarantee a resilient, sustainable future for Shalme.
