Background to the Area
Simthali, located in the mid hills of Nepal, is a remote community characterised by rugged terrain, limited infrastructure, and high poverty levels. The primary livelihood is subsistence farming, but the community faces challenges such as food insecurity, lack of clean water, and limited economic opportunities.

What we did
- Donated fruit and nut trees and provided cash crops for the vulnerable.
- Restored local forests and established a nursery for growing plants.
